Taking a literal interpretation of the title,
we created a full size plaster bust of Rodney
and filled his head with slime. The bust was created by 3D scanning Rodney, rapid prototyping the bust and casting the result in plaster.

The sleeve was 2nd in Art Vinyl's sleeves of the year 2008 and featured in the Guardian and Evening Standard. The bust itself was exhibited in Revolutions: from Gatefold to Download, the Art of the Album Cover, at The Civic, Barnsley, March 2009.
